OVERVIEW

The office upfit for Interior Elements is a beautiful space that is over 4,000 square feet. For this project, Wilde Engineering was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design. Interior Elements new space includes open office, a work cafe, multiple conference rooms, and a design library where IE is able to display their products to clients. 

What We Did

Office upfit designed in sought after Lower Tuck adaptive reuse
Designed and coordinated specialty lighting to meet the client’s needs for the office showroom
Repurposed existing mechanical units to accommodate the new space layout
Special power requirements to coordinate owner furniture connections and data cabling
