Our project portfolio ranges from small renovations to warehouses that are over 1 million square feet. Wilde designs all types of projects: Class-A office, industrial shells, restaurants, hotels, multifamily, retail shell buildings, medical offices, and more. We also offer full solar PV designs and site lighting.
Wilde’s client list include architects, contractors, structural consultants, civil consultants, and we even work directly with owners.
Our design fees vary depending on the project type, size, and schedule. Please reach out to provide information about your project. Wilde will provide an official proposal that includes our price, list of services provided for your specific project, and design timeline.
Our schedule will be project dependent and based on the size, project type, and flow of information. Some projects can be designed within a week, while larger projects can take longer.
Wilde’s team is composed of project managers, team leads, and designers. Project managers are responsible for attending meetings, gathering and distributing information, and coordinating schedules. Team leads will be the main contact point throughout the design with occasional communication with the project designers. At the start of each project, Wilde’s client will receive a list of each team member and their specific role for the project.
