Hyatt House – Uptown

OVERVIEW

The Hyatt Place in Uptown, Charlotte was in need of updating and Wilde Engineering was the perfect team for this refresh. A space that included over 9,000sf of lighting, power, mechanical, and plumbing upgrades, the lobby renovation will ensure Hyatt Place is a destination for all. This project included specialty lighting, a new bar, and updated breakfast buffet layout. 

What We Did

Specialty lighting and controls incorporated into Wilde’s plans to meet brand standards
Plumbing coordination for new bar and breakfast buffet equipment
Existing mechanical VRF system renovated to incorporate new lobby layout
Coordinating existing building generator and life safety design for new lighting, power, and systems
