Amodernary is a high end furniture store located in South Charlotte that posed some existing condition challenges for our MEP team, but was well worth it! Wilde Engineering designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for this beautiful space that tailors to all types of furniture shoppers. All lighting for this project was custom to meet the client needs and show off the elegant furniture selections. The space not only includes retail, but a cocktail lounge for shoppers to enjoy!
