OVERVIEW

Wilde has now designed four locations for Illios Craft Greek restaurant across the Charlotte Metro area. Each location required different design challenges as they were part of either a first generation upfit, or renovation of an existing space. The spaces ranged from 2,000 square feet and 3,500 square feet with a full commercial kitchen and serving line. Illios is well known for their authentic Greek cuisine, so do not hesitate to plan a trip! 

What We Did

MEP/FP design for an authentic Greek restaurant in multiple Charlotte-Metro locations
Design coordination of an existing space and incorporating existing utility/equipment layouts for a 2,000 square foot restaurant
Specialty lighting designed and installed for an authentic Greek atmosphere
Fire protection design for an existing space that required relocating and adding new sprinkler heads throughout the restaurant
